Orders & Returns

  • EVERY item we sell is guaranteed to be fully operational, by our satisfaction guarantee.
  • We only collect sales tax on Michigan sales.
  • Shipping is via UPS or the United States Postal Service.
  • Time for delivery is up to 10 days plus UPS or United States Postal Service shipping times for most products.
  • A minimum10% restocking fee is assessed on all returns, excluding exchanges.
  • We allow returns up to 15 days after receipt of an item, provided the item(s) are unopened and resaleable
  • Consumables (dog treats, bones, etc) and shipping fees are non refundable.
  • We do not warranty user damage; initial defects or mis-shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Returns must be shipped Pre-Paid with a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or will be refused.
  • We only accept PayPal Payments from confirmed addresses or those covered by Paypal's seller protection program.
  • Paypal is our accepted method of payment.

Items ordered from Merchandise Mecca are shipped from our warehouse in Michigan or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or partnering warehouses. Most orders are shipped via UPS, or United States Postal Service, or manufacturers carrier for the 48 states. We DO NOT ship outside the US 48 contiguous states, except in certain instances with items like vacuum bags. Please read auction for this detail. Most in-stock orders are processed, filled and shipped within 24 hours (business days only). At times we may supplement packing material or re-box items into plain brown or white boxes, to ensure safe delivery of products at no additional charge to our customers. However most product boxes are never opened to maintain the factory seal, this includes factory-refurbished products. At times the color you see in the Ebay photo may be different than that of the item you receive; functionality will still be the same. Our warehouse does not have pick-up or showroom facilities; therefore we ship all of our product.

Departure time can be up to 10 business days depending on product and location. However, we fill and ship most orders within 24 hours (business days only). Total shipping time is departure time in addition to UPS or United States Postal Service shipping times. If we are unable to fill your order for any reason (excluding holidays) 4 weeks from the date of purchase, the order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted to confirm that you would rather wait for order or cancel the order. Merchandisemecca cannot be responsible for delays resulting in improper or inaccurate information provided by you to us, such as email addresses or telephone numbers. Customers are responsible for additional fees resulting from wrong shipping information provided. Please be advised that Merchandise Mecca is an internet company and uses Email as the main form of communication to it's customers, so please check your email regularly.

Satisfaction Guarantee
14-Day Return Privilege

At Merchandise Mecca we want you to be satisfied with not only our service and low prices, but also the product you purchased. If you are not happy with your selection you may return it to us for a refund less a minimum 10% restocking fee, provided the item(s) are unopened and resaleable. We do not refund shipping fees paid or incurred as a result of a return. Simply email or call us at 866-498-3808 for a return merchandise authorization number to put on the box and ship the item(s) to us postage paid to arrive back within 14 days of receipt. If you choose to exchange that item for another item we will credit 100% of the returned items value to your new purchase, you would still be responsible for all shipping charges. Because of their unique nature, consumable items such as dog treats, bones, vacuum bags, etc.  are non-refundable.

After the 14 day return privilege has expired any defects, damages or repairs must be completed by the manufacturer or warranty issuer. Returns without a valid return merchandise authorization number or after 14 days will be refused & returned to you. Items returned damaged (excluding initially defective units for exchange) will be charged an appropriate repair fee. If you request special expedited shipping, those fees are non-refundable. Any return and/or exchange will be done via standard UPS ground or United States Postal Service.

Shipping Damage, Errors & Initial Defects
Inspect your order upon arrival and notify us via email, fax or phone within 48 hours (business days only) of any damage, order errors or defects. Failure to notify us immediately of shipping damage, errors or defects will indicate your acceptance of the order as complete and satisfactory. First call UPS at 1-800-742-5877, or the United States Postal Service to notify them of the damage, and then call Merchandise Mecca, we will take care of the reshipment for you once UPS has recovered the damaged item. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at Merchandise Mecca's discretion. If you request a refund (in lieu of a no charge exchange) of damaged or defective items, a minimum 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Address & Delivery
Our shipping cost is incurred once the order leaves our door, and neither it nor the products can be canceled or "recalled" once shipped. Address corrections to items already picked up by the carrier are billed at $10.00 per package. Refunds within our 14-day return privilege can only be given to our customers who return the product in a reasonable condition. The item, all accessories, packaging and instruction manual / warranty card must be returned for full credit. You must call for a Return Authorization Number BEFORE returning any product. All returns must be shipped POSTAGE PAID as we do not pay return postage. Nor will we expedite exchange shipping at our cost.

Privacy & E-Mail Marketing
Steps taken to secure your personal information are not lost in our commitment to privacy for our customers. We take extraordinary steps to protect the private information you have entrusted us with, both physically and virtually. As a matter of policy, we do not sell, give or trade your private information to any individual or company except for those directly required to complete the sale. We reserve the right to send promotional or marketing email, however, all email of this nature will give you the option to 'opt out' of any future emails.
